Historic Hand Carved Door

The clients of this Compton Heights home were undergoing a Historic tax credit renovation. The hand carved main entry door, original to the house, needed to be restored and repaired. We hand sanded and replaced the original molding. Rather than using a stain, we finished with a marine spar varnish. We love this updated look.
